How to increase blood hemoglobin level by Ayurveda?
(How to increase blood hemoglobin level?)

(Best herbal remedy to clear motion daily without any side effect)
LAXMAX CAPSULE

Hello, readers!Today I want to share one of my best clinical experience in treating a serious case of diarrhoea in 6 months old baby girl Gayatri.
Today I want to share one of my best clinical experience in treating a serious case of diarrhoea in children in a 6 months old baby girl Gayatri.
Gayatri and her parents live in a small village with no primary health centre or hospital. One morning, Gayatri’s mother called me and said that Gayatri is suffering from frequent loose motion since 3 days. The stool is completely watery and whitish in colour. The interval between 2 motion is 15 to 20 minutes and maximum up to 60 minutes. We took her to a government hospital ( PHC) located 10kms away from our village. The doctor gave some syrups and 2 injectables but of no use. Then we consulted a private MBBS practitioner and then to the district hospital. They admitted her overnight, used the conventional medicines and IV infusions. Even after 3 days of treatment, she is not ok and became very weak.
I asked current and past history in brief and advised a few Ayurvedic medicines on phone. Then she asked me whether we should continue allopathic medicines which doctors prescribed her along with your Ayurvedic medicines or not. As Gayatri is not responding to these medicines since 4 days, I said you may stop and start my medicines.I was confident with my medicines as I used them earlier in around 54 children with same problems but was curious to know Gayatri’s condition next day. They didn’t inform me about her current health. After 5 days, I met Gayatri’s father accidentally in a shop. I asked about her health. Her father said she is absolutely fine now. She started recovering after 2 doses of your medicines and was completely ok within 2 days. She is now taking regular baby food and enjoying. I smiled and came back to my home.

For your reference below is the Ayurvedic prescription which I usually use in Diarrhoea in Children:
Ghrita based Ayurvedic medicines are special Ayurvedic medicines in which herbs are processed and prepared in Ghrita (ghee). Or we can say, we use Ghee as a base material to prepare this kind of Ayurvedic medicine.
Read: Ayurvedic Ghrita (Medicated Ghee): How to prepare & Characteristics
As of my clinical experience in most of the PCOS/ PCOD case, adding a Medhya Rasayan in treatment gives a miraculous result (especially in Ghritam form like Kalyanaka ghritam, Sukumara ghritam, Brahmi ghritam).
Medhya Rasayana is the Ayurvedic medicine or supplements beneficial for brain and nervous system. They may be a single herb or a polyherbal formula or purified and processed herbo-mineral combination. It helps in normalisation of endocrinal secretions and leads to hormonal balance. Also, it helps to check the mood swing which commonly found in this case.
In the case of PCOD, it helps in normalisation of endocrinal secretions, balances hormonal level, checks the mood swing and other psychological symptoms.
The reason behind preferring Ghrita based Medhya Rasayan instead of other Medhya Rasayana Kalpa (like Kashayam, Vati, Arishtam, Churna etc.) is that the Ghrita is the only medium which crosses the blood-brain barrier and hence works effectively in diseases with psychosomatic involvement.
Other medicines which I usually prescribe in PCOD acc to the case are :
Kankayan Gulika (Gulma)
Dhanwantaram Gulika etc.
Panchakarma for PCOD
A systemic combination of various Panchakarma therapies like Abhyangam, Swedana, Patra Pottali Swedana, Udvartana, Shirodhara, Virechanam, Vasti and Nasyam are also recommended for detoxification of vitiated dosha.
Panchakarma is a specialised treatment of Ayurveda which is very much helpful to treat and cure chronic diseases and to rejuvenate our body. Diabetes is described in Ayurveda under Prameha chapter. There are many Ayurvedic medicines available in the market for diabetes. These are two types - one is classical (shashtrokta) and other are proprietary (patent). Haridra, Meshashringi (Gurmar), Methika, Nimba, Jambu, Kataka etc. are single herbs which are found to be effective in decreasing blood sugar level. This post explains about best ayurvedic medicine for diabetes (especially for type 2 diabetes) which I experienced in my practice. I have selected 5 classical (shashtrokta) and 5 proprietary medicines for this list. These should be taken under Ayurveda doctor's supervision in combination with other medicines as required. As Ayurvedic medicines do not lower down blood sugar level instantly, it is recommended to take it along with allopathic medicines as per your doctor's advice. Also, it is found that Ayurvedic medicines have no effects in blood sugar level in few of the patients. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken as herbal supplement and rejuvenator along with allopathic medicines to reduce side effects of allopathic medicines. I have seen many patients with good controlled blood sugar level with allopathic medicines but they feel numbness and tingling over foot sole, weakness, sexual debility, burning sensation of feet and other diabetic complications. In such cases, Ayurvedic medicines are very useful to be taken along with their conventional medicines. Panchakarma Therapies are also recommended for detox and rejuvenation purposes.

Divya Mukta Vati is mainly indicated for hypertension (high blood pressure). It is an Ayurvedic proprietary or patent medicine manufactured by Swami Ramdev Maharaj’s company Divya Pharmacy, Haridwar (also branded as Patanjali). In this article you will find in details about ingredients, how to use, dosage and side effects of Divya Mukta Vati. In my clinical practice, I found it as one of the best Ayurvedic medicine for high blood pressure (high BP or hypertension).
What are Blood Pressure and its normal range
Blood pressure is the force exerted by blood on walls of the arteries in which it is flowing when the heart pumps. High blood pressure, also termed as hypertension, occurs when the force exerted by blood is too high as compared to its normal range. Blood pressure is of two types –
Systolic Pressure: when the heart beats (contracts) while pumping the blood
Diastolic Pressure: when the heart is at rest (dilates) between beats
If someone’s blood pressure is 120/80, 120 denotes systolic pressure and 80 denotes diastolic pressure. 120/80 is the normal range of blood pressure.
Now coming to the details about the medicine Divya Mukta Vati.
Ingredients of Divya Mukta Vati
Mukta pishti (Moti Pishti) – 2 mg
Mandukparnai (Centella asiatica) – 46 mg
Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) – 46 mg
Vacha (Acorus calamus) – 46 mg
Gaajwaan (Onosma bracteatum) – 69 mg
Jyotishmti (Celastrus paniculatus) – 19 mg
Giloy or Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) – 20 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 46 mg
Praval Pishti – 6 mg
Above ingredients processed in decoction (kwatha) of following herbs –
Brahmi (Centella asiatica)
Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis)
Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia)
sarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentina)
Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)
Hypertension (High blood pressure)
Divya Mukta Vati contains many herbs and other natural ingredients which have other beneficial effects on brain and may be used in other problems like depression, anxiety, sleeplessness (insomnia), mental agitation, hallucinations etc. But my personal experience says that it should be used in high BP or only in conditions associated with high BP. As the intake of Divya Mukta Vati cause a downfall in blood pressure, so if used in a case where blood pressure is normal, it may cause any bad effect.
This medicine is also found to be very effective in high blood pressure caused by renal failure or other kidney diseases. It is safe to use for the long term under Ayurvedic doctor’s supervision. A diabetic patient can also use Divya Mukta Vati if having high BP problem.
Divya Mukta Vati is good for sleep. So if you are suffering from high BP problem along with sleeplessness (insomnia), anxiety, depression, palpitation etc. this medicine is safe and highly recommended for you.
How to Use Divya Mukta Vati (Dosage)
1 to 2 tablets twice or three times a day before breakfast or meal (best if taken with cow’s milk, not water). Minimum 30 min of a gap should be maintained before taking any meal.
Divya Mukta Vati is highly potent and a fast-acting Ayurvedic medicine for high blood pressure. I have seen its effect within 1 hour of intake in most of the patients.
The dosage of Divya Mukta Vati is variable depending on the value of blood pressure. If you are taking other allopathic medicine for BP management, you should not stop that medicine immediately.
The dose of anti-hypertensive medicine will be gradually reduced by Ayurveda doctor according to the effects of Divya Mukta Vati and your body response. One may follow below chart for dosage information.
(* Divya Mukta Vati should be used only under Ayurveda doctor’s supervision).
Side effects of Divya Mukta Vati
Manufacturer of Divya Mukta Vati claims that it has no side effects. It is well tolerated by many of the patients. But some of my patients reported nasal congestion, drowsiness, dryness of mouth and breathing problem due to congestion. Side effects are reduced by taking Divya Mukta Vati with cow’s milk. But if the problem persists, it is better to discontinue its intake.
What can I use as an alternate of Divya Mukta Vati if it doesn’t suit me?
Those who are getting some sort of discomfort or any side effect by Divya Mukta Vati can use Ayurvite’s Cardo Capsule and Shayanam Capsule, 1 capsule from each twice a day or as directed by the physician.

Healthy Tips for Marriage (Tip No. 1)
Avoid spending whole night on the phone to chat or call your fiance. I understand it is very difficult to keep away from your loved one for a while, but this is the most important among all healthy tips for marriage I have written here. Continuous and excess talking or chatting on the phone may lead you to suffer from some health issues like insomnia (sleeplessness), lethargy, body ache, headache, constipation, gastric trouble, acidity, palpitation, eyes problems etc. and this may lead to some serious illness related to heart or brain. Our body, brain and heart need some rest to function properly. So take proper rest to keep your brain and heart healthy, and function more efficiently for your loved one.
Healthy Tips for Marriage (Tip No. 2)
Increase fresh fruit intake in your diet. Everyone knows that fruits are fully loaded with vitamins and minerals which will load all the health in your body, mind and soul. The food you take, at the end, reflects in your mind and thoughts. Now the point comes which fruits we should consume more ? It is my personal advice to consume different flavours of fruits just like fruit salad. Or you may take different fruit in different time. Bananas are very good to increase your body weight and help you look more fluffy and fullness of rejoicing in your face. Oranges will increase your complexion and leaves a glow on face. We all grown up by hearing a line an apple a day keeps the doctor away. And this is absolutely correct. If you want to keep diseases away, eat an apple daily.
So intake of 2 bananas in the morning, 1 orange in noon and an apple at night will be a perfect combination to make you perfect. So prefer this tip among other healthy tips for marriage if you want to shine in your marriage and ready to beat the heat.
Reduce intake of hot and cold beverages. When I was thinking about healthy tips for marriage, this tip came into my mind first, but as little intake of them may not cause much harm and now it became a fashion, so to leave a fashion is very difficult to avoid but could be controlled. Excess intake of tea, coffee and carbonated drinks can harm your systems especially digestive and reproductive system. They also cause mild sedative effects to our brain. Why we should take those things which are harming our body and of no use in our system. It is better to take alternatives like herbal drinks, fruit juices and milk which will nourish you and you healthy married life.
Healthy Tips for Marriage (Tip No. 4) –
Practice yoga and meditation daily. When we talk about complete happiness, our body, mind and soul should be happy to reflect happiness in our life. This is one of the best among all 5 healthy tips for marriage because Yoga and meditation should be practised by everyone to stay fit and happy.

Always take care of your parents. I have seen in many families that parents are suffering from negligence and are not being taken care properly after the marriage of their son. One thing you should always remember that by the blessings and sacrifice of our parents, we reach in the position to enjoy life. So keep this in mind to make you parents a part of this happiness which is given by them. By doing this you will enjoy your life more happily and healthier.
There are many other ways and healthy tips for marriage to spend more happy and healthy life, but I found these 5 to be most important in the current scenario of lifestyle, habit and fashion. Please don’t forget to share your suggestions in the comment box.
Everyone in their life suffers from running nose. Go through this article which will help you to know about 3 best remedy for running nose. The funny reason behind choosing this topic today is that I just recovered from running nose within 24 hours using one of the remedies which I am sharing below.
Followings are 3 best remedy for running nose
1st Remedy –
This is the best remedy for running nose which I am using since 10 yrs for my patients, my family and for myself. Take Trikatu Churna 20 gm, Prawal Pishti 10 gm and Godanti Bhasma 10 gm. Mix all three and take 2 to 3 gm (half teaspoon) with honey or lukewarm water three times a day for three to five days. These herbs are available in any Ayurvedic shop. Trikatu churna contains ginger, pippali and black pepper in equal quantity. These are safest drugs and do not need any special precaution. You will get relief from 2nd day onwards. This will reduce fever and body ache which is usually associated with running nose or common cold and flu.
2nd Remedy –
Another remedy for running nose is described here – Take 11 Tulasi leaves (holy basil), 1/2 inch piece of ginger (ardraka/ adrak) and 2 black pepper (marich, kali mirch). Crush and add in 2 cups of boiling water. Boil it till it reduces to half means 1 cup. Filter the tea and add 2 teaspoon honey and drink twice a day morning and at bedtime. Do not take anything even water after drinking this tea. Diabetic patients are advised to avoid honey and drink the tea alone.
